Ermira Babamusta’s Congratulatory Message on Independence Day

“It was such a great honor to work for the The White House Administration in both 2008 and 2012 Obama Presidential Campaigns, following my US Congress Capitol Hill experience. I met some extraordinary leaders and it’s a pleasure to see first hand diplomacy, democracy and justice work in such a great country like the United States of America. President Barack Obama honored the tradition of working hard and working together in his conversations in person and via the phone with my Florida, Colorado and Philadelphia teams and the community leaders.

I would like to thank United States for its outstanding leadership, efforts to promote peace and democracy around the world, and on its commitment to improve life and pursuit of happiness here at home. Thank you for continuing to support the independence, rights and liberties of Kosovo and Albania

We live in a great country where if there is a will there is a way. We need to put aside partisan politics. As a nation we must strive to work together to succeed individually and strengthen our communities. What we can’t do alone, we can accomplish together to build a better community, a better nation, and finally, a better world.

Happy July 4th America! Let Freedom Ring!” (Ermira Babamusta, Foreign Affairs)
